TJB-INC offers pre & in-season maintenance for synthetic putting greens, either polypropylene or nylon. We will check all the putting cups for frost heaving and reset as necessary. If your cups are cracked or not looking the way you want, we will replace them with new cups. Also see our Putting Green Accessories available on our On-Line Store.

Next, TJB-INC will re-compact the putting surface to flatten out any frost heaves or tunnels caused by field mice, ants, or moles. If your original green has in-fill added to speed up the green surface or allow for longer chip shots, then we will inspect and add new in-fill as necessary.

Moss, mildew, & green algae have long plagued putting green surfaces for years. TJB-INC has helped develop and test a new product by BIO-SAFE SYSTEMS to kill and eliminate the unwanted growth on synthetic putting green surfaces.

TJB-INC has used a product called "ZeroTol" since 2006 on synthetic putting greens with no adverse effects. ZeroTol was orginally formulated to help turf and ornamental professionals achieve disease control in all phases of their operations. Through lab and field testing with TJB-INC, it was found to be safe on synthetic turf installation. Both the turf and in-fill mixes were tested. ZeroTol may also be used as a tank mix with other residual pesticides to provide immediate knock down control. In this manner, ZeroTol will treat the plant pathogens on contact, while the residual pesticide will provide on going suppression. TJB-INC will treat the green surface with this product as we find it necessary.

If you have grass- edged, sand bunker(s), TJB-INC will cut new clean edges (if requested) & sift through the sand to remove any un-wanted objects (IE: sticks, cat-droppings, rocks, etc). New or additional sand can be provided with advanced notice.

Suggestions can be made for Landscaping Design, Chipping Stations, Mats, and Accessories (IE: Ball Washers , flags, Bag Stands, , Benches, Signs, etc.).

TJB-INC's fees will depend upon the driving time and the level of service required. We charge a Service Charge to cover the cost of travel, cost of materials, & an hourly fee for our crew & equipment. We will service any putting greens that have been installed by TJB-INC or any other installer (including DIY home-owner installs). If your green surface needs replacement or you want to create new undulations, we can do that too!
