• For our commercial accounts that stay open during snow storms, you can count on TJB-INC to keep your property cleared and safe for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
• For our residential customers, we strive to have your property cleared as quickly as possible upon the completion of the winter weather event.
• We stock-pile our own blend of Sand/Salt mix so we can load and go with no delays.
• Our sanding trucks apply this Sand/Salt mixture on our commercial properties and on residential accounts (with prior authorization) to keep traffic safe and moving.
• TJB-INC stocks a "fleet" of (34) Toro CCR snow throwers and (7) large walk-behind snow removal machines to keep your sidewalks clear.
• Ice melting applications of Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, or Sodium Chlorides are available to melt away or prevent ice build-up on your walkways and stairs.
• If snow relocation is needed, our (4) tractors can cut into large piles of snow reducing them to memories and hauling from your site (if necessary) with our dump trucks.
• We offer seasonal as well as per storm billing for your convenience and budget considerations.
